Looks like a transition-heavy design with some street on the side. Can we start holding hearings about getting a Born Plaza in this city before we’re all dead?

The site of one of the historically worst ledges in New York, which met its demise in 2019, has turned into a 112-unit condo building that has generated over $1B in pre-sales.
