Peter Sidlauskas eulogized the Brooklyn Banks Burger King at 55 Fulton Street — perhaps the most notorious fast-food establishment in New York skate history. They should restore it as phase four of the Banks after the Small Banks.

While Ted and Thrasher work on a “This Old Ledge” about the Banks Burger King, they dropped their Flushing episode to hold you over. James Reres shoutout was important. Kinda feel compelled to remind everyone that Rob Gonyon backside flipped the six and Antonio switch frontside flipped it 12+ years ago. Pittsburgh spots make ConEd Banks look like MACBA. Mini ramps with tree branches for coping, banks that need ten sheets of plywood to get to, and cracks obfuscated by six-pack holders all in Justin Funk’s “SCORCHER” video, presented by our friends over at Vague.

Greg Navarro’s follow-up to 2021’s Upper West Side Curb Club, which was filmed entirely at the Soldiers & Sailors Monument, will be The Central Park Flatground Club, a video entirely filmed within the confines of Central Park’s 842 acres — a place not exactly known for its abundance of skateable objects.

Vague has a premiere of Brian Powderly’s Static 6 part. Ollieing into that smudge of asphalt on the other side of the Ridgewood Reservoir spot is, as they say, ~completely unhinged~.
