UPDATE — Fall 2020: The first few pads have been blocked off by concrete planters and an information kiosk. The run-up is also usually barricaded off by police barriers.
Stairs and manual pads going down a mellow hill, with sets of twos, fours and fives on the other side + a high frontside for regular round rail down seven stairs.
Bust — ♦♦♦♦♦: Skateboarding is forbidden by plaza rules. Cops are usually stationed at the bottom of the hill, and will tell you to leave as soon as they spot you. It is also at a massive shopping center + transit hub, so it gets busy during most reasonable hours of the day.
Location: Dey Street and Church Street in the Financial District.
