“Spot check in case anyone is alarmed. I called the number and they confirmed they are just doing cleaning and preservation work and that it will be complete in a few weeks, no alterations. Actually was kinda funny, I think the person from Parks Dept. could sense I was a concerned skater even though I never said anything, and they said, ‘you might have contributed to the site recreationally, but we ask for people not to grind on it.'”
