There is effectively a granite Venice curb — just not double-sided — running through the now-open, recently renovated part of Battery Park.
The problems are: A) Gonna take a lot of elbow grease to get that thing going. B) It is parallel to the line for the Ellis Island ferry, but I guess that’s never stopped people from skating in the zone in the past.
