Spots: Brooklyn — Bushwick, Greenpoint & Williamsburg
Spot: Running alongside the side of the hospital’s front plaza is a row of banks leading into a wall. The banks start out at two-feet in height and gradually grow to be six-feet tall. They are all fairly steep, and a bit slippery, in addition to being in a fairly tight space as they grow in height due to a narrowing downhill runway. There is a doorway-sized break in the banks that enables them to be skated as a gap.
On the Flushing Avenue side of the building is a two-and-a-half foot high banked ledge that is frontside for regular / backside for goofy. It is insanely hard to skate.
Bust — ♦♦♦♦ / Very Likely: Security from the inside of the hospital usually catches sight of skateboarders in under fifteen minutes, but people have been known to get lucky and not get kicked out for a while.
Location: Broadway and Flushing Avenue on the Williamsburg / Bed-Stuy border. Take the J or M train to Flushing Avenue and the spot is right outside of the station.
