Spots: Brooklyn — Bushwick, Greenpoint & Williamsburg
(also known as Bushwick Park)
Spot: Inside of this park, is a foot-high, slightly curved metal-capped ledge / manual pad. The shape of the edge is something like a curb on steroids, so it has a rounded off corner. The entire stage section is about twenty-feet long, depending on which side you get on. Otherwise, the park has solid flatground and a few cutty obstacles here and there.
Bust — ♦ / Rare: You should not get kicked out of here, but the park does tend to get crowded with kids during warmer seasons in the afternoon.
Location: Starr Street and Irving Avenue in Bushwick. Take the L train to Jefferson Street. When you exit the station, skate east on Wykoff Avenue for three blocks until you hit Starr Street. Make a right on Starr Street and skate south for one block. You will hit the park at the end of Starr Street at Irving Avenue.
