There was a tornado warning in the city yesterday. Unfortunately for us, we had a Wall Jam to throw. Nearing the 11th hour, the morning rain had dried up, so we figured, you know what? Fuck it, we wall.
We had a solid hour with a handful of soldiers who were down to defy the forecast. Quim Cardona showed up! Chachi was there! Holy Japhey Dow bigspin! Then, it started to pour, so of course we had to turn it into a spelling bee to get rid of the cash and product somehow.
We got our correspondents — Joel Popeteur, Big Hen Dawg and Father Bop — back in the studio for the first time this year to give a preview of this weekend’s upcoming Back To The Banks contest, which, as you likely know, is the first of its kind since 2008.
There is $10k in prize money on the line, with five different obstacle zones that’ll be moved through during the contest’s 1-5 P.M. runtime.
