You know how rappers drop mixtapes before the album? With the Palace video on the way, and intent on only including London footage, they just dropped the would-be mixtape before the “official” video, which may or may not be out by 2020. It includes street footage from trips to Los Angeles, their 2013 U.K. tour, Copenhagen, Paris, and probably some other parts of Europe that are less recognizable to the untrained eye.
Rather than go the Euro barge, edit-by-city route, this one features full parts from Rory Milanes, Lucien Clarke, Charlie Young, Karim Bakhtaoui, Benny Fairfax, Chewy Canon and Danny Brady. Guest tricks from Torey ♥, Rich Homie Juan, Powers and others.

Palace’s addition of Danny Brady and Benny Fairfax seemed like an inevitability, but no one expected this ninety-degree Saturday to yield the return of PWBC news. Most assumed the PWBC team had moved past broadcast journalism and into the more profitable hard goods manufacturing / Rihanna-baiting market, leaving the Tompkins bench depleted of a 2010 conversation centerpiece.
We now have reason to believe that British-based skate roster upheaval is finally settling down. American rosters remain in utter disarray, which is why the latest report focuses on topics pertaining to the former British colony. PWBC’s revival deals with the rebranding of Austyn Austin Gillette, the lack of a case for #trendwatch2012 bleached hair, and the never-ending saga of “omg is he being #sincere or #ironic?” when utilizing current rap for music supervision.
The report doesn’t limit itself to current day happenings, as the fifteen-year-plus question of how exactly Lamont Macintosh rode up the Banks wall the way he did is brought back into the spotlight.
Good to have these guys back.
