A Couple Boys in Mexico xoxo

None of us ever had to talk about each other’s bowel movements so much. Then we went to Mexico City for a week.

“Don’t drink the water!” is what they say — disregarding the fact that it’s impossible to avoid every little thing that has ever come in contact with the city’s tap. Whether it’s the lettuce in a sandwich or the ice in a sexy drink, some percentage of everything is tainted. Nobody escaped unscathed. We went from claiming 100 tacos in seven days, to fifty tacos, to eating Domino’s for lunch halfway thru the week because, like, how scary can bread and cheese be?

Between searching for public bathrooms, and after realizing a slight culture barrier between us and the people showing us around (they took us to Baker spots because we had a couple people paid to skateboard with us, and based on the videos we were watching, being good at skateboarding in Mexico means you can tailslide a fifty-stair round rail), this is how the week went. A true testament to the beauty of Mexico City is that despite our unanimous gastro-intestinal ailments, everyone still had an amazing time. And no, nobody gave a fuck about that stupid wall.

Thanks to everyone who showed us around, and to the cops that accepted our like ~$25 bribe (oddly enough, you can’t drink in public) ♥ Also, I’m ok with not hearing Kodak Black for a couple months.

Features Etienne Gagne, Zach Baker, Zered Bassett, Emilio Cuilan, Adrian Vega and Will Marshall.

All the cool garms you see in this clip can be purchased on the Alltimers site btw.

I Quit My Job in #myalltimers

Dustin Henry wraps up his 2016 bid as “Skateboarder You Would Be Most Comfortable With Your Daughter Dating” with a starring role in “#myalltimers” — edging ever close to 2016’s leading frontrunner, Louie Lopez. It’s been a year full of upsets, and given Dustin’s steadfast commitment refusing to use swear words, not listening to Chief Keef, and a “Part of the Year” contender in the Antisocial vid, maybe he pulls away with the S.Y.W.B.M.C.W.Y.D.D. win this year.

The rest of the latest Alltimers video acts as an intro for Adrian Vega, Tyler Warren, Will Marshall and E.T. the Extraterrestrial + a visual space for Adam Zhu to do the ollie over the bumps at Alligator Ledge that everyone always claimed.

Who would you be most OK with your daughter dating?

New Flipmode / Bronze Video: ’56k’

In recent times, many have opted to fetishize VHS. The new Flipmode video went another route, and mined the 90s for every other piece of technological nostalgia, devising a Amazon Women on the Moon-esque concoction of early-internet imagery, late night TV channel guides, Jordan-era NBA clips, Baywatch?, and uh, mixtape drops. 56k loves the 90s, but is less fond of the 2000s. The only nod to the previous decade is a tasteful reutilization of perhaps the only great song to ever be in an EST video. And if you were to base a drinking game around taking a shot every time someone skates a spot on the island of Manhattan in this video, you’d end up taking around ten shots. Features Phil Rodriguez, Billy McFeely, Adrian Vega, Matt Daniels, Kevin Tierney, Shawn Powers, Joseph Delgado, Rob Gonyon, and guest tricks from others. Whether or not Bronze is an actual “company” has yet to be determined.

You can buy 56k on DVD, along with the past three Flipmode videos (Trife, Sognar, and Caviar) included on the same disc. $10 + $2 shipping, so it’s stupid not to.

Best outfit of the video goes to Phil Rodriguez: Camo pants and a tie-dye crewneck sweatshirt.
