One of the most famous skate spots in New York. Two ledges out past a three stair, with varying mindfuck issues to mess with you: the grate at where you pop, the depth-perception of the ledge, the iron fence on top, the crack in the middle of the ledge, the street shortly after you land, etc.
Bust — ♦♦♦♦♦: Skateboarding is forbidden in the plaza. Security will eventually come out and tell you to leave, or sometimes call the cops. Best to avoid this place during rush hour because there is a bus stop where the sidewalk is.
Location: Governour Lane and Water Street in the Financial District.
