Low, long, double-sided metal ledge with no ends. Decent ground, though still kinda bad. It’s by the water, so avoid it on cold windy days unless you want to get depressed.
Bust — ♦♦♦♦♦: People have been told to leave here on rare occasions by Parks, but it is generally considered a hassle-free spot.
Location: On an overpass off Cherry Street, above the FDR Drive. It is a bit of a trek to get to. Type “East River Park Amphitheater” into your phone and its right there.
