The best ledge downtown. Frontside for regular ledge that gets higher as it goes along a downhill sidewalk.
Bust — ♦♦♦♦♦: Even though this is at an office building and there are obviously “No Skateboarding” signs, the building security will sometimes look the other way if you stay on the sidewalk. If you go in front of the building, you will be kicked out in two seconds. It also gets crowded during the weekdays. Weekends are best.
Location: Maiden Lane and William Street in the Financial District.
