Sets of rugged 6, 7 and 12 stairs on bad ground that barely anyone skates, round marble ledges across the street, and a brick ledge that goes into a perpendicular bank.
Bust — ♦♦♦♦♦: Skateboarding is forbidden by plaza rules in both parks. You’ll get kicked out of the stair portion rather quickly if you go near the security window. The spot across the street is less of a hassle, but red hat downtown security may roll up and tell you to leave if they spot you.
Location: Water Street between Broad Street and Old Slip, at the S&P Building.
