Check out the new commercial Genesis Evans and Conor Prunty’s brand, Humble! Then show some support for friends doing cool stuff!

Best video of 2017? Scumco and Sons has a new one featuring Kyle fucking Nicholson and Philly Santosuosso. The overall spirit of the Pittsburgh skate scene is one of the most admirable, inspiring and make-you-feel-stupid-for-complaining-about-literally-anything forces in skateboarding. God bless everyone involved. Really predictable #1 for this week’s QS Top 10 as well.

C H A D M U S K A E P I C L Y L A T E R ‘ D H O L Y S H I T. Our prayers have been answered! The upcoming season also includes episodes for Andrew Reynolds, Bam (!!!), Heath Kirchart, Jason Dill, Andy Roy and Spike Jonze.

#TF[west]Report, August 19, 2017, but I’d teleport to Republiqué if given the chance :)

Another week, another iconic Nik Stain backside smith grind line ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The last #fit anyone expected to see in a 2017 skate clip (a Jeremy Lin jersey), and some subversive line choreography at the Pratt brick bank ledge. Drew Connors uploaded his longest promo yet for Bailar II, which has apparently been completed.

Boil the Ocean has suggestions for Wenning, Lakai and Clint “Worst Style” Walker.

Bronze affiliates and QS office favorites, Mark Humienik and Josh Wilson, visited the under-explored city of Istanbul and came back with this edit.

Steve Mastorelli uploaded his Jersey (duh) based Meadowlands video in full.

Here’s “Mean Streets” volume 9 via LurkNYC, but you gotta #respect Paul Tucci.

A ten-minute remix of Andrew Allen footage + some cameos from Vans guys.

Stuff you’ve seen already1) Palace dropped a new, 14-minute video that includes a small intro part for Lucas at the end. Dej is sick but he should’ve skated to Cardi B. 2) The boys behind Hjalte Halberg’s favorite non-Swedish skateboard company went to Brazil and came back with the feel-good motion picture of the summer. My new favorite skateboard-writer, Jesse Alba, also wrote the article about their trip to Russia with accompanying photos by Colin Sussingham.

“Your Honor, totally he is guilty and in no way can I let him slide out of anything because — it’s my attitude toward his entire demeanor, what he has done to people. And he disrespected the Wu-Tang Clan.”

Congrats to Cyrus on his first magazine cover. Gonna party extra hard for the first cover he gets with his name actually spelled right ;)

Walker Ryan has low-key (mid-key?) spent the past few years doing some of the best tricks on the staple New York spots. Old Friends put together this five-minute A.B.D. edit of all his city footage. Respect to filming the World Trade out ledge from the Burger King window, and to the fact that the security guard standing at the bottom of the bank is basically a part of the Roosevelt Island spot, no matter the clip.

Quim Cardona and friends in the montage from Politic’s First Division video.

This video is dreadful, but Chris Pfanner does a beast line from the rail to the double bump-to-bars in the projects on Madison Street.

Drew Connors dropped a promo for Bailar II, featuring Shredmaster Keith advocating for the resurgence of the Polish Park ledges on McGuiness — A.K.A. Derick Ziemkiewicz Park. You can watch the first Bailar video here.

Genny uploaded his first iPhone video of the spring to a David Banner classic.

The last part of Making It Happen is online, via Patrick Vidal and some monstrous pop.

Jonathan Rentschler has a sick-looking new 176-page book coming out that documents the final three years of Love Park.

Haven’t had a chance to listen yet, but the latest Bunt episode is with Ryan Gallant.

Russian Bob and Reda put together this retrospective on New York skateboarding’s first videographer, R.B. Umali. Happy 40th R.B. (Rewatch his “Shoot All Skaters” episodes from a few years ago because they’re bomb.)

Boil the Ocean re: Chromeball Interview #100 with Danny Way.

Enjoyed this edit from London’s proverbial T.F., Gillett Square (“Crackba” is a sick nickname), which was outside of Torey’s first apartment in London :) Memories, man!

So do we buy tickets to Prague orrrrrr……?

Lol @ them skate-proofing this hellhole of a spot. Shout out Hjalte. Also, the Marcy Rails are done for. Thanks to Mike Heikkila for the intel.

QS Sports Desk Play of the Week: I hate Paul Pierce, but respect the fuck out of Paul Pierce, and now that he’s out of the league as of yesterday, I don’t hate Paul Pierce. Godspeed to one of the great NBA villains.

All those years of covering high fashion on QS have finally paid off! We did a small run of #colorful items that would match Young Dro’s automobile paint jobs for Dover Street Market. Available instore and online via the New York location now. Available via Ginza and London later this week. Regular webstore leftovers are now on sale btw.

Drew Connors’ Bailar vid is the first great local project of the year. Street-heavy Shredmaster Keith part, tons of seldom-chartered spots all around the city, and a good deal of WTFs in the ender section. Fuel for the upcoming week of fifty-degree days.

Nearly a decade-and-a-half later, we learn that Ali really did ollie the 25 before Jaws.

Since the premiere of this past All City Showdown, some of the crews have been putting extended edits online: 1 – “Last Place” where nobody leaves #TheLower via Matthew Velez (the mind behind last year’s thoroughly awesome and underrated Sable video.) 2 — “Director’s Cut” via Westchester’s PFP squad.

Half cab kickflip backside 5050 :)

Olson, Cyrus, Loose Trucks, and newest Call Me 917 addition, Nik Stain, at the Nike SB Garage in Brooklyn. Here’s a *mandatory link* to Nik Stain’s Bruns part also.

Dude y r beautiful women objectifying our #rebellious #youth #culture just so they could look all cute on the way to the gym or whatever man. Jk ;)

Genesis in L.A. and Jason Byoun in the snow.

Enjoyed this hour-and-a-half interview with Beagle Oneism. Tons of insight on the inception of Baker, what being a SoCal-based skate filmer is actually like, etc.

If $1K is too much to spend on the complete Big Brother collection, Jenkem is reporting that the mag is releasing a coffee table book this spring that compiles its best / worst moments. Also wow @ Carnie’s Boob book for $250 on Amazon.

Dont hear too much about skating in Macau A.K.A. Hong Kong’s Vegas. Rad lil’ edit.

File UnderLedges To Keep An Eye On.

Top Five Two-Trick Line Forever Ever Ever Ever:

Now sure what the bigger facepalm is… Nas making a “March Madness” remix, or Meek Mill dropping a Drake diss on January Thirtieth Two Thousand and Sixteen.
