Spots: New Jersey — Jersey City

Spot: Named after the Snickers Cruncher Bar commercial that was filmed here, the front of this building contains the most perfect gap in Jersey City. It has an extensive marble runway, off of which you ollie over two feet of plants, over a bench at the bottom and down a three-foot high drop.
Otherwise, all throughout the plaza you can find perfectly set-up four stairs. Along the side is a ledge that can only be grinded because the rugged edge wouldn’t be too friendly to your wheels if you happen to try a slide trick, so tailslides and noseslides are out. If you ride off of it, you could hit a low manual pad to drop set-up.
Bust — ♦♦♦♦ / Very Likely: You skate past the security window when approaching the gap, but whether or not they are actually paying attention to what is going on outside will decide how quick you get kicked out. Typically, it is a night and weekend spot.
Location: Hudson Street and Montgomery Street, in front of the Clear Channel Communications Building in the Paulus Hook section of Jersey City. Take the A, C, E, 2 or 3 train to World Train Center. Transfer onto a Newark or Hoboken bound PATH train, and take it to Exchange Place (the first stop / five minute ride from the city.) Once you exit the PATH station, skate west on Montgomery for one block until you reach Hudson Street / the Hudson-Bergen Lightrail tracks.
