Spots: Midtown Manhattan — Theater District / Times Square Area

Spot: Indoor ten is one of the best stair sets you could ever skate. It is completely marble, with infinite runway and landing. The only possible gripe to be had with it is that the stairs are very steep, thus the set is a bit taller in height, and shorter in length than your average ten set.
Hell, if it wasn’t in a subway station, it would be a popular flatground spot on its own.
Bust — ♦♦♦♦♦ / Almost Immediate: Predictably, this is the central detractor from this spot. Usually, you get kicked out within three tries by cops. Even if you don’t, it is still a subway station, and there are always people walking through (except super late at night, obviously) so you need to have someone watch for you in order to ensure that you’re not going to crash into anybody. If a cop starts approaching you, it would be in your best interests to leave, because it is a $100 summons and a board confiscation if you get caught on a skateboard in a subway station. The echo from your skateboard makes it impossible to be subtle here, so odds are inevitably against you. People have managed to do 75% of the major ten-stair tricks down this thing, so there are chances of getting lucky. The later, the better.
Location: 42nd Street, in between 6th Avenue and Seventh Avenue. Right in front of the Verizon Building, there is a black marble bordered subway entrance, and its right down those steps. Take the B, D, F, V or 7 to 42nd Street-Bryant Park and it is in the station, towards the 42nd Street southwest corner entrance.
