Bust Factor — ♦ / Rare: There may be people here on Saturdays or Sundays when there is something going on across the street at the convention center, but otherwise, this place is usually empty (aside from the occasional crack addict) at any time, with no security guards bothering you.

Location: 36th Street and Eleventh Avenue. Take the A, C or E to 34th Street and skate west for three avenues. Make a right on Eleventh Avenue and skate north up to 36th Street.
