Hebrew Ledge

Spots: Brooklyn — Downtown & Fort Greene

Spot: The ground here prevents it from being a great ledge spot, but it has still landed in a variety of videos over the years, mostly by way of people charging down the street and grinding the entire ledge. The ledge is metal, backside for regular / frontside for goofy, and over some cracked patches of concrete sidewalk. It starts at a foot high, and over approximately thirty feet, grows to be two-and-half-feet high. It ends with a narrow descending strip of metal down four stairs.

Hopefully, the city re-does the sidewalk one day.

Bust — ♦ / Rare: The spot is in a warehouse area. Nobody should hassle you.

Location: Waverly Avenue between Park Avenue and Flushing Avenue in Fort Greene, near the Brooklyn Naval Yard. Take the G train to Clinton-Washington Avenue, which should actually let you out on Waverly. Skate north on Waverly for six blocks, and it will be on the left side of the street after you pass Park Avenue.
