Spots: Brooklyn — Bushwick, Greenpoint & Williamsburg
Update — March 2011: The ledge is gone. They have began administering construction / renovation on the building and the ledge has been completely blocked off.

Spot:

Along this desolate sidewalk, you will find this forty-foot long metal-lipped platform that starts out at about a foot in height and grows to be around two-and-a-half feet high. It grinds well, but cannot be slid because there are small little knobs along the edge that would get into contact with your wheels if you tried a slide trick on it. The ledge is on a regular sidewalk surface, and you may need to ollie up a curb in order to gather enough speed if you are trying to get distance on the ledge.
Bust — ♦ / Rare: You will not get kicked out of here.
Location: N 11th Street and Wythe Street in Greenpoint. Take the L to Bedford Avenue, skate north on Bedford for four blocks until you hit N 11th Street. Make a left, and skate three blocks west until you hit Wythe Street.
