yo, you gotta have hope for the next generation of skaters coming up in NY though, those little shits are starting to come through, they just need to keep their heads above all the corny clique-ish shit thats been going on the last few years in NY.

this was by far one of the best articles about NYC skateboarding. I truly enjoyed it. You guys all speak straight TRUTH.
I truly hate what Louie was talking about Louie Louie: “I used to look for skateboarders as they’d walk down the block because you knew them. Now it’s like you see someone with a skateboard, you cross to the other side of the street. You walk the other way.”

Now other skaters don’t even acknowledge you, or if you say whatup, or even throw the headnod dudes don’t show love back. They just be fakin the funk
