Terrence Connors, a french gentleman, has been embarking on missions deep into the cut of New York (or Lenox Ledges) with Charles Lamb, Ian Reid, and others throughout the past several months. Today, I was told that the day-by-day footage of these missions was available for all to see on the internet. Here are the links:

Taji, who recently stated that California is officially the worst and that he is moving back to New York, found Steven Cales at the Venice Beach skatepark, fresh out of the belly of the best. Proof here. Steven Cales history lesson.

QS10312008. This is really a shameful display of Halloween antics, but I figure it is better than nothing. Hopefully we’ll have everything together by next year. This thing is so shameful that it excludes the snackman trademark to avoid any direct association. Plus, it is not even worthy of quicktime file. There’s some actual skateboarding at the end that kind of sucks.

Upon doing some Youtube research of spots in Trenton, I quickly learned that it is the only city bad enough where the majority of your results have to do with ten year olds throwing rocks and trying to rob you at the spot, and crackheads insisting that they have a better grasp of life than you do.

48 Blocks posted an interview with J Strickland, the person who is singlehandedly responsible for the ever-so-popular scumbag-image marketing in skateboarding today. If you read one skateboarding related interview this year, this should be the one. Features plenty of insight into the the industry and a lot of L.A. hate.

Also stolen from 48 Blocks: The Akira Footage Collective. Go to that round ledge on 57th Street just to see how high it is.

Quote of the Week: [While "I Got Your Money" is playing]
Isak Buan: “I hate this song. Watch, they’re probably going to fucking play ‘Juicy’ next.
[2 minutes later]
DJ Speakers: “Yeah, this album is dedicated to all the teachers that told me I’d never amount to nothing..
