The Quarter Snacks video has been lowered a whopping two dollars. So at this point, I’m just trying to cover shipping charges, not even make my money back. If you still want it, it’s over here for four bucks.

Ted posted another 1990s skateboard story on his blog relating to a passionate love for Ricky Oyola, mid-90s Philadelphia, Love Park, robberies, the illuminati, and everyone else in the Sub Zero video. You could watch that video here if you want to fall in love too: Part 1, Part 2.

Alien Workshop has been sending a wave of erections through the Slap message board by posting really short clips of footage from the upcoming video, which apparently isn’t coming out until next year now.

Really random, but a sick brief PJ Ladd part from the original E.S.T. video, which also happened to be the best of the bunch.

John Roman and Jack Greer are having a photo show in the West Village on Friday, September 5th. Flyer here.

Michael Phelps’ eight gold medals are appearing in the next Young Jeezy video.

I had a thing written up trying to explain the night in all sorts of fancy words, but scrapped it because it ultimately belittled the magical events of the evening.

You’re better off just watching this. [The video was removed, sorry.]

And as a reference point, “gargoyling” or “trying to gargoyle” is the act of hanging upside down on a crosswalk sign by using the joint at the back of your knees as support. Just felt that should be clarified.

Michael Phelps’ run at the Olympics — eight gold medals, seven broken world records — is unprecedented, and according to Phelps he couldn’t have done it without Young Jeezy. Phelps typically listened to the Jeezy/R. Kelly collaboration “Go Getta” before hitting the pool, which Jeezy himself doesn’t find surprising. “All my music is inspirational,” he told Rolling Stone’s Evan Serpick. “You just gotta listen to the words and get what you can get out of it.” THAT DON’T MEAN SHIT, I DON’T KNOW YOU!

Steve posted some high end art footage over at Square Films.

Visual Traveling Summer 2008 Clip. Features Billy Rohan, Charles Lamb, etc.

R.I.P to everyone’s favorite Houston Street American Apparel ad.

In case you didn’t know, the smaller ledge on Desbrosses and Greenwich Street in Tribeca has been knobbed.

The rare occasion that you actually see a guest clip is here. Anthony Beckner, from Classic Skateshop in Bayonne, NJ sent me over this thing full of QS criteria breaks — slow motion, titles, handrails.. The only thing to remind you that you’re still on the right website is Mr. 17.5 and Miles Marquez and Matt Mooney cameos.

For a musical genre obsessed with selling coke, pouring champagne on strippers, and shooting people, this has to be one of the most embarrassing things that you could ever do. (Skip to the last minute or so).

Quote of the Week: Matthew Mooney: “Yo, you wanna buy some gitos?
Drunk White Girl: “I don’t even know what gitos is
Matthew Mooney: “You’re not from New York then.
Drunk White Girl: “I’m NOT from New York!

Short teaser for the Zoo York State of Mind video.
